Registration Information

ASW Registration:

Online:

You may register online using major credit cards or a check for payment. This option allows you to enter all your teammate information and edit/add/delete the information online. Processing fees apply.

Processing Fees:

Online transactions cost money. Our registrar imATHLETE charges competitive rates and provides additional features that will make the registration process better for you.

Mail-in no fee option:

This is the option to use if you'd like to pay with a check and mail it in. Download the registration form fill it out completely and then mail it in.

Discounts:

We have set up discounts with many clubs and groups. Check your triathlon, running, adventure racing club, etc, to see if a discount code is set up. If not and you'd like to have a code set up for your club please contact todd@adventuresportsweek.com.

Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations received via email 15 days or more prior to the event date, will receive a credit in the amount of their original registration fee, minus a 20% administration fee, good for 1 year towards another Adventure Sports Week event.

2. Race registrations may be transferred to another Adventure Sports Week event with 15 days notice and are subject to a 20% administration fee.

3. Substitution of teammates is allowed upon 7 days written notice prior to the event.

4. Changes in division or category dealine is 7 days prior to the event and is subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Kayak Information:

Sprint Kayak Info: 2 to 4 hour races

Kayaks, paddles and lifejackets WILL BE provided by Adventure Sports Week at no additional charge. Teams must use Adventure Sports Week’s kayak equipment for the sprint events. All teams will be paddling in SEVYLOR inflatable kayaks, so get out there and practice.

Kayak Info for 6+ hour races

Kayaks ARE NOT provided with entry to any of the 6-12 or 12-24 hour races. All events are, “BYOK” Bring Your Own Kayak.
A limited number of Kayaks, Paddles and P.F.D’s are available for rent.
If you’re interested in reserving a kayak for any of the events please email info@adventuresportsweek.com.
We will assist you to the best of our ability to locate kayak(s) for the events.

USARA License:

All Adventure Sports Week adventure races are sanctioned by the United States Adventure Racing Association and require a license to participate. Fees are $8 for a single day license and $35 for a yearly. Licenses can be purchased on site at athlete check in. Cash or check only!

Purchase your USARA License ahead of time! Don’t forget to bring your card or receipt to athlete check in for verification.

USAT License:

All triathlon, and duathlon races are sanctioned by the United States Triathlon Association and require a license to participate. Fees are $10 for a single or you can show your Membership Card. One-day licenses can be purchased on site during registration online or at athlete check in. Cash or check only!
